Terms and Conditions

These Terms are between you and RTA Science LLC ("RTA Science," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of Audio Fabric Studio (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Audio Fabric Studio provides audio processing, previews, and exports. You retain ownership of your content. We process files only to provide the Service.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or close accounts for misuse or policy violations.

3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

• Free tier limits apply. Paid access may be billed monthly, yearly, or offered as a one-time fixed-term pass.
• Prices, plan limits, and renewal timing are shown before purchase.
• A fixed-term pass begins when purchased, expires at the time shown before purchase, and does not renew automatically.
• Desktop Studio Pro is licensed to one person for use on up to two computers.
• The 14-day desktop trial does not require a card and does not renew automatically. A paid plan starts only when you choose one.
• Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel through billing settings, and access continues through the paid period.
• Non-payment may restrict access to processing and downloads.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass limits, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• No unauthorized sharing of access or credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your content. RTA Science LLC owns the Service, our proprietary software, and branding. You may not copy, misuse, or reverse engineer proprietary parts except as permitted by law or by the licenses for third-party open-source components included with the software.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post updates here.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
