Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how RTA Science LLC ("RTA Science," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Audio Fabric Studio.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details: name, email, authentication data, and Apple or Google account identifiers when you choose those sign-in options. Apple’s private relay email is supported.
• Billing details: web and desktop plan and payment status handled by Stripe; mobile purchases handled by Apple or Google, with transaction identifiers and purchase status processed through RevenueCat to deliver your render.
• Desktop access details: subscription status and the computers activated for Studio Pro. Local project media remains on your computer unless you choose to upload it to the web service.
• Usage data: file sizes, job metadata, logs, and analytics.
• Content: audio and video files you upload for processing. Mobile recordings and desktop projects remain on your device until you choose to upload them.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Process audio, previews, and downloads.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and support billing.
• Respond to support requests.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your content. We share data only with service providers required to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email, payments).

4. Retention

Files and metadata are retained per your plan and account status. You can request account deletion in the app’s Account screen or use the Contact form for data requests. The app displays your scheduled deletion date and allows cancellation before that date. Deleting a local recording does not delete an uploaded project. Local recording Trash expires after 30 days and is emptied when the app next runs.

5. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords.

6. Your Choices

• Update account details at any time.
• Cancel your subscription in billing settings.
• Request account deletion in Account, including the account’s uploaded projects. Apple authorization is revoked when deletion is requested. Guest users can delete uploaded renders and their recovery key under Renders → Delete guest data. Use Contact for additional data requests.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Updates will be posted here.
